Well, if we want something to work right we always need some rules, but don't
worry, this rules aren't hard to follow...
You should be a fan of Hikaru Agata (Henry,
Phantom Renegade and/or Space Medafighter X are included.)
If you have a website please place one of
the codes given in the Codes Seccion, this will make
more fans of Hikaru to come here. If you don't want to put one of those codes
you can place a text link or whatever... if you don't have a website just
skip this rule.
Where it says "Name" place your
name (only name, not last name), try not to place a nickname like "The
Ultimate Leader of the Space 2040!", if you want to use your nickname
use a short one.
